Lake Tulpar-Kul is located in the Osh region, high up in the mountains, not far from the Lenin Peak base camp. It is a large lake, filled with crystal-clear water at an altitude of 3500 meters.

This is a favorite and popular resting spot for tourists and mountaineers heading to the Alay Valley.

On clear days, Lenin Peak is reflected in the water, and this sight is truly breathtaking. Photographers also gather here for these rare moments. The lake creates a contrast to the surrounding landscapes. The hills and soil here have a reddish hue, while the green grass and white snowy peaks create truly unique colorful pictures.

Tulpar-Kul is in close proximity to Achik-Tash, the base camp of Lenin Peak.
