The Sandıqtaū Granite Mountains are located in the district of the same name in the Akmola Region. The highest peak reaches 626 meters in height. There is also Mount Sinyukha, towering at 589 meters, along with several peaks ranging up to 500 meters in height.

Stretching southwest and northeast for 34 and 14 kilometers respectively, the Sandıqtaū Mountains are a resort area featuring rocky hills, forests, steppes, and mixed forests. Visiting here is worth it for the stunning landscapes, picturesque springs, and lakes.

The local mountains are the source of rivers such as Atyzhok, Ushasha, Zhabai, and Kabaniy Klyuch. Fishing, mountain hiking, and winter sports are available activities.
