The Kyzart Pass is located at an altitude of 2664 meters. The road leading from the Kochkor Valley to the Jumgal Valley passes through it.

Just beyond the pass is the village of Kyzart. The pass is famous for being the starting point for tourists who hike or ride horses to the high-altitude lake Son-Kul.
