The Kara-Kechi Gorge is located in the Naryn region, between the Jumgal Valley and the Moldo-Too range. It stretches for 50 km and delights the eye with original landscapes that amaze with colorful combinations and changing scenery. All shades of red and green create pictures that are difficult to reproduce.
Tourist routes pass through the mountain pass, one of which leads to Lake Son-Kul. It is also worth paying attention to the coniferous forest and the river named Kara-Kechi.
The road through the gorge is suitable for off-road vehicles or bicycles. In the depths of the gorge, there is a coal deposit with the same name.
