Bishkek Jeep Tours offers an exciting journey to Uzbekistan, where you can visit the famous Cathedral of the Sacred Heart of Jesus—the main Catholic church in the country, also known as the “Polish church.”
The Cathedral of the Sacred Heart of Jesus is an embodiment of neo-Gothic architecture: its tall and somewhat solemn facade is adorned with stained glass windows and pointed spires. Inside the church, the walls are lined with granite and marble slabs, while the doors and furniture are made of precious wood.
The ground floor of the church houses the crypt-chapel, built by the founder of the church, Justinas Pranaitis, in the early 20th century, as well as small prayer halls named after Pope John Paul II and Saint Anthony. On the second floor, you’ll find the main hall, where Sunday services are held. Here, you’ll see the altar with a two-meter sculpture of Jesus Christ.
Bishkek Tourist Company is ready to offer you unique jeep tours so that you can enjoy the beauty and spiritual atmosphere of this place.
