The village of Kazarman is located in the Jalal-Abad region, 160 km to the east of the city. Right here flows the longest river in the country – the Naryn River. Until 1916, the village was called Ak-Chiy, then Koien-Tokoi. In the 20th century, soldiers from the Tsarist Army lived here for some time.
They called this place a barracks. Shortly afterward, the local residents began calling the village Kazarman. Currently, there are 4 schools, an art school, a library, a cinema, a hospital, a park, a bazaar, and a cultural center operating here.
Tourists are attracted by the local museum of rock paintings Saimaluu-Tash. It is included in the list of historical and cultural treasures and is placed on the UNESCO website.
