The Alay Valley is situated high in the mountains in the south of Kyrgyzstan, between the Alay and Chon-Alay ranges, with an average elevation of 3000 meters. Its central part encompasses the basin of the Kyzyl-Suu River. The climate here is always dry and cold, with tall green grass and grazing livestock.
Besides its beautiful landscapes, the valley offers sightings of wild animals such as partridges, vultures, foxes, red marmots, mountain goats, and bears. The river is abundant with Amudarya trout. Travelers will find it fascinating to admire the mountain peaks, breathe in the fresh, crisp air, and rejuvenate after the hustle and bustle of the city.
Our company can organize jeep tours to the most interesting places in Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Tajikistan.
